Neighborhood Conversation: An Evening with Seth Kaplan
Neighborhood Conversation: An Evening with Seth Kaplan brought together neighborhood advocates, nonprofit professionals, civic leaders, and community partners to explore how stronger local relationships and institutions can help communities flourish. Hosted by Foellinger Foundation on October 29, 2025, the invitation-only evening event featured a keynote presentation from Seth Kaplan, author of Fragile Neighborhoods and professional lecturer at John Hopkins University, followed by a panel discussion with leaders representing local government, financial services, and community development. Through practical insights, diverse perspectives, and shared conversation, the event encouraged attendees to strengthen social connections, collaborate across sectors, and pursue neighborhood-led solutions that create lasting opportunities for Allen County residents.
