About me.

Hi, my name is Jenny.

I get really jazzed about many things in life, but a few of them are quite simple: a really good iced latte with oat milk and maple, being with my husband, discovering a new city, meaningful conversation, and gathering people around a shared experience.

That love for connection naturally led me into event planning and communications, where I get to blend creativity, organization, and hospitality into work that feels both purposeful and personal. I enjoy creating events that not only run smoothly, but also leave people feeling engaged, valued, and connected long after they end.

With a background in organizational leadership and project management, I bring both thoughtful strategy and attention to detail to every experience I help create. Along the way, I’ve learned that the best events are often the ones that feel intentional, welcoming, and genuinely human. You’re aren’t going to find me flowering you with words of delightful eloquence— I prefer to be concise, precises, and again.. genuinely human.

My special sauce as an event planner is within the 2-4 week lead up to an event. The 2-4 week lead up to an event can be amongst the most stressful time, but I have a unique gift of dancing through the chaos. I am calm, composed, and computed. I have a strong quick decision making mind that I have grown to trust, rather than be scared to use.

My gap? I’ll be honest and tell you— I don’t fully command a room with my confidence. If I notice any sense that I am not appreciated or trusted, shame creeps up and I begin to shut down. I am working to trust my vast experience, and use my voice to ask questions and seek clarity, instead of spiraling.

Note: I recently had a mix of friends, family, and colleagues complete a quick survey about me professionally. I learned how others perceive me, and much of what I wrote here came from that survey.

P E R S O N A L

When I’m not planning an event, I enjoy traveling with my husband, trying new coffee shops, exploring creative spaces, and finding beauty in everyday experiences. I’m happiest when I’m discovering something new, building community, or helping create environments where people feel comfortable, inspired, and cared for.

Fun Facts About Me:

  • I am allergic to both dogs and cats, as well as many environmental allergies.

  • I am a Taurus.

  • I am a Self-Preserving 4 on the Enneagram.

  • My favorite city currently is Boston.

  • My favorite dessert is a Key Lime Pie or Strawberry Shortcake.

  • I drive an Outback Subaru named Elfie, because I got my car the weekend Wicked came out in theaters.
